Quick question for @jamesstaddon and fellow webinar attendees! 🙂 I was able to log into the webinar just fine last month and could see the live chat, but was unable to join the discussion. Do I need a specific app or account to be able to participate?
Thanks so much for your help!

I had exactly the same problem, too, once. From memory, when you click in the chat box this other little box pops up that says create channel. If you type your name in their you should be able to type in the chat box. . . I think!
Hope it works for you! 😀

To resolve the issue, I simply clicked on the YouTube icon at the bottom of the forum screen. Once the YouTube opened, the chat began to work immediately. Somehow, it created a “channel” needed for the chat link.

I hadn’t thought about it being an issue with Apple because I don’t use Apple! Good point. I’ll see if I can have someone test it tonight on different devices.
For now, do this:
1. Feel free to keep a log of the problems here on this thread until the problem is solved. Indicate the date of the webinar so I’ll know which webinars have which problems.
2. Clicking to view the webinar in YouTube as @vince suggested is a good temporary solution.
3. If you can’t get Live Chat working anywhere, you can text me at 304-370-4846 and I always have that opened during a webinar. (I do not usually have email opened.)
