Can’t beat this! Franz Lanting, a world-renowned wildlife, travel, and landscape photographer from California is offering two full days of free training via live webinar! I’m watching every spare minute I have . . . and I am learning new things almost faster than I can write them down. It’s hosted by CreativeLive and I wholeheartedly recommend his training. The first time I heard of Franz Lanting was well over 5 years ago when I would pour over the absolutely stunning wildlife portfolios on his website. His work has inspired me over and over again over the years. This morning, as he was talking about “The Art of Seeing”, what stood out to me was his thoughts on the angles of light. He didn’t just talk about what they were, he talked about the advantages of each one and how he uses each one deliberately to match the subject he is shooting. Then he gave a few examples, and a few more . . . and it is just so much fun to watch! I’ve been inspired, and I hope you are too. The Art of Seeing by Franz Lanting.
